My Cooking Blog
So this was quite a proud day!! I managed to toss the dough without getting flour in my eye for the first time, which meant my mom didn’t end up laughing at me.
Not only that but I made (and for the first time let me add), an actual ‘round’ pizza, emphasis on the round because all the previous ones as you know have the mode odd shapes.

Using the same pizza recipie I decided to spice things up, i’ve used a spicy sausage which was filled with jalapenos and then I proceeded to scatter a few red Jalapenos on top of the pizza and it tasted delicious….Enjoy!!!

I’ve already made this pizza before, the only difference is I used Austrian style pork sausage and it was delicious…..I had some left over pizza dough so I made the pizza and rolled it before I baked it…….Enjoy!!!

Okay so I found an easy recipie for pizza dough, and it taste delicious!! the only problem I had was space, essentially I need to get a much bigger cutting board to roll the dough out.
You will need; 375g of plain flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of caster sugar, 7g dried active baking yeast, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 225ml of warm water. For the pizza I used tomato passata, Chorizo (as much as you want), 75g of shredded mozzarella, 75g of shredded cheddar, and some chestnut mushrooms.
Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl, then mix in the oil and warm water. At this stage you might need to add some more flour to get it to the texture you want, then spread out on a large pan. Top with passata, cheese and then mushrooms and chorizo…bake in the oven for 20 minutes!!…Enjoy!!

I guess one of the things I have to work on is patience, because I didn’t even bother to take a picture after it was done! Although I didn’t actually plan it to begin with, i had some left over pizza dough and just decided to make something of it.
There isn’t actually a recipie for this but i can tell you what I put in it, I just used tomato passata, chesnut mushrooms, italian sausage (you can use any kind you like) and spinach. The reason for this combination is that i had a recipie for tortilla lasagne which was vegetarian and i had no tortilla wraps so i decided to make a pizza instead. After arranging the ingredients don’t forget a generous grating of cheese on top, also remember to chop the sausage very very thin…Enjoy!!

My what is this treat you speak of??…Pizza?? Rolled??!! OMG the thought of it alone is so exciting!! The taste even more exciting! flavours bouncing in your mouth, I know it doesn’t look too good but you can make a perfect log!.
Ok for this one you will need; flour for dusting, 450g of pizza dough, 200g of mozzarella cheese (shredded), 200g prosciutto (sliced), 40g torn baby spinach, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt for seasoning. Now you can use salami instead, or any meat you like, i’m trying pastrami next time!!.
First, preheat the oven to 210 degrees celsius, then on a floured work surface!, always remember the flour people!! make sure you get some on your hands too!. Roll out the pizza dough to a 30 inch diameter circle, about 1cm thick. Sprinkle half the grated mozzarella over the dough.
Then arrange the meat over the cheese in a single layer, top this layer with the spinach and top it with the rest of the cheese. Roll the dough into a thin cylinder, folding in the ends, then brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt. Bake in tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow the pizza to cool for 10 minutes, then use a serrated knife cut the pizza into 2-cm pieces and serve!…..Enjoy!!
